Obituary

Angela C. Ford, age 45, of Bath, NH went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, after a nearly three-year battle with breast cancer. Born in Stoughton, MA, she was the daughter of Edward F. Fowler Jr. and the late Claire D. (Gamache) Fowler, the beloved wife of Gregory C Ford of 18 years, and devoted mother of her two children Caleb M. Ford, Riley R. Ford. She is survived by her two sisters Jennifer F. Pavlovich (husband: Thomas, children: Julia, Emma, Clara), Melissa A. Theberge (husband: Eric, children: Jade, Jameson, Jackson, Justin), and honorary brother Ryan Robert.

Angie grew up in East Taunton, Massachusetts surrounded by a large extended family and many friends. LIke her mother, she was always looking for ways to show her love to those around her. It could be in the form of quality time, a gift, a card, a quick note, or just an encouraging comment. After graduating from Taunton High School in 1999, Angie earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2004. An exceptionally gifted athlete from an early age, she made every team she tried out for. Throughout high school, Angie played varsity volleyball, basketball, softball, and tennis, later focusing on her passion for volleyball during her college years. Her drive for competition and love of sports made her a formidable opponent on any court or field. Angie's favorite activities were photography, scrapbooking, skiing, hiking, riding ATVs, and games with friends.

Following college, Angie developed a friendship with Greg while serving together at church in youth ministry. They were united in marriage in 2008, living in Michigan and Massachusetts before eventually settling in northern New Hampshire to raise their family amid the beauty of God's creation. As a dedicated homeschool mother, Angie cherished creating unforgettable adventures, learning opportunities, and memories for her children. She was a faithful loving wife, devoted mother, and steadfast friend who continually sought to uplift and encourage everyone around her through her faith and warmth. Deeply committed to her church, she served faithfully in numerous capacities, with a strong passion for children's ministry and the Vacation Bible School program.

Her faith and love for God shined exceptionally bright after her cancer diagnosis. She was a cherished sister in her cancer support group, radiating Jesus even in her suffering. She was constantly encouraging them to “give God all the glory”. She brought them joy through humor, homemade Bible bookmarks, and an unfailing infectious smile. Though her journey was marked by hardship and pain, her deep love for others and firm adherence to Scripture inspired her to faithfully share that all have sinned and that the penalty for sin is death. She constantly pointed others to the way of salvation, living in the certainty that human effort and good deeds can never earn redemption, which comes only through faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. She lived her convictions and loved others enough to share them. Though her earthly presence will be deeply missed by all, her legacy of faith, devotion, and love will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Her funeral will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 11:30 AM at Calvary Baptist Church, 20 Central St., Woodsville NH. In addition, there will be a celebration of life in Taunton, MA on Sunday, September 27 at the Ward Five Club from 1-5 pm on 29 Winter Street. For those unable to attend, the service will be recorded and made available at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Angie’s honor to Calvary Baptist Church Youth Programs.
