Bethlehem, NH- Anna Margaret Smith, 88, of St. Jude s Way, died on Sunday, August 4, 2013 at Littleton Regional Hospital. Anna was born in Quincy, MA on October 21, 1924, to Daniel McLeod and Marion Davidson. She married Alan C. Smith on November 30, 1947. While a long time resident of Massachusetts, Anna worked as a daycare provider and as a nurse s aide. She lived in Florida for 14 years prior to moving to Woodsville, NH in 1999 before moving to Pike, NH. Then she lived in Colebrook, NH from 2002 until moving to Bethlehem for the past two years. Anna was a member of the Monadnock Congregational Church in Colebrook. She was predeceased by her husband, Alan C. Smith on November 13, 2000; her son, Jeffrey Alan Smith I on December 16, 2012; a great grandson, David Ellison on June 13, 2001; her parents, Daniel McLeod and Marion Knuttenen; and her step-father, Raymond Knuttenen. She is survived by her daughters, Susan Howland and husband Maurice of Bethlehem and Kathie Howie of Gulf Breeze, FL; thirteen grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren; her daughter-in-law, Rose Smith of Pike, NH; and her loving cat Ginger. There will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 8, at 1 PM, in the East Haverhill Cemetery, Mt. Moosilauke Highway, East Haverhill, NH, with Rev.
