St. Johnsbury, VT – Anthony Charles Bijolle, 68, passed away surrounded by family at his daughter's home on Monday, May 19, 2025. He was born on January 9, 1957, in St. Johnsbury, VT, to Dorothy Jean (Demars) and Joseph Arthur Bijolle.
Anthony spent his whole life in the St. Johnsbury area. As a child in a family with six children, his childhood was happy and busy. He attended St. Johnsbury Academy before joining the US Army. After the Army, he joined the workforce, eventually working for Rodd Roofing for many years.
He enjoyed being outdoors, especially if it involved fishing or hunting. Anthony was also a racing fan. His favorite NASCAR driver was Mark Martin. He was also involved in local racing and was part of the ACT Tour.
Anthony was predeceased by two sons, Jason Bijolle and Clifton Morse, his parents Dorothy and Joseph Bijolle, his sister Tammy Bijolle, and his beloved cat Mitty Kitty.
He is survived by; his children, Kevin Keene and wife April Audet, Kory Keene and wife Terra, Seth McChesney and wife Melissa, James McChesney, Leah Bijolle and partner Michael Malone, Ginny Blake and husband Edson, and Vesta McChesney and partner Brian Allen, and his daughter-in-law Tina Bijolle; 22 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; his siblings, Timmy Bijolle and wife Tammy, Tommy Bijolle, Kathy Taylor and husband Terry, and Lisa Fessenden and husband Mike; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
There will be a private service for the family.
