Berlin, VT- Ashley Lynn Gordon, 29, of Bennington Drive, and formerly of Woodsville, NH, died unexpectedly, but following a time of failing health, on Saturday, January 6, 2018.

Ashley was born in Littleton, NH on April 6, 1988, to John A. and Roseann Mary (Palovchak) Gordon. She graduated from Woodsville High School, Class of 2006 and was employed as an LNA for Kendall at Hanover along with several other places.  Locally, she worked for Cumberland Farms and McDonalds.

Ashley was very artistic and enjoyed writing poetry, drawing, and painting.  She liked a variety of music and was always singing in the car.  She enjoyed mini-golf, movies and animals, particularly cats.  A loving and giving young woman, Ashley loved her family and caring for children.

She is survived by her mother, Roseann "Rose" Brooks of North Haverhill, NH ; her father, John A. Gordon of Berlin, VT; two brothers, Scott Gordon and Kathleen Donovan  and their son, Liam of Woodsville and Bryan Fenn of Lee, NH; her paternal grandmother, Florence Gordon of Hancock, VT; two aunts, Donna Linnell of North Haverhill and Debra Sargent and husband Joe of Haverhill; two uncles, Mike Gordon of Groton, VT and Peter Gordon of St. Johnsbury, VT; as well as several cousins.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be from 5-7 PM on Wednesday, January 10th with a time of remembrance at 7 PM at Ricker Funeral Home, 1 Birch Street, Woodsville.
