Barnet, VT – Barbara Louise (Moore) Dunbar, 95, of Barnet, VT, died on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by family. She was born on December 2nd, 1927, in Hanover, NH, to Bertha (Crowell) and Edward Moore. Barbara married Harold J. Dunbar, Jr., on August 3rd, 1946.

Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Harold Dunbar in 2004; her son, Duane Dunbar in 2016; her daughter, Paula D. Nye in 2004; her sister, Alice Girouard; and her brother, James Moore.

She will be remembered by her daughter, Bonnie D. Easter and husband Donald of Barnet, VT; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and Nick, the cat.

The family would like to express as special thanks to Barbara's caregiver, Janet Locke, for all her care and compassion to Barbara and her family.
