Obituary

Marshfield, VT – Beth Ellen (Davis) Lindstrom, 56, quietly passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024. She was born in Attleboro, MA, on February 1, 1968, to her parents Sandra (Roberts) and Allan Davis.

When she was still a young girl, her family moved north to Barnet, which is where Beth spent her childhood alongside her siblings, Scott and Sherri.

In 1984, she married David Coutu, and they were blessed with three children, Mathew, Dakota and Crystal. In 2002, she married Matthew Lindstrom, and she was blessed once more with the birth of her son Denver.  Family was everything to Beth, and she loved to spend time with them, especially more recently with her grandkids.  Beth always had a smile on her face and could light up any room.

Beth always made sure that she could provide for her children and worked multiple jobs to keep everything running smoothly. She has worked at Marty's First Stop, the Creamery Restaurant, and for a span of time also worked at the Lindstrom Family Farm in Cabot.

Aside from spending time with family, she also enjoyed reading, playing cards, working through puzzle books and crossword puzzles.

She was predeceased by her father, Allan Ross Davis on November 17, 2013; and by a brother-in-law, Wayne Bearce on September 8, 2023.

Beth's memory will be cherished by her fiancé, Greg Farnham of Marshfield, VT; her children, Mathew Coutu of Marshfield, VT, Dakota Coutu and fiancé Brooke Foster of North Concord, VT, Crystal Laferriere and husband Scott of Danville, VT, and Denver Lindstrom of Cabot, VT; her grandchildren, Taylor, Zayne, Kinsey, Jaxson, Dominic and Melanie; her mother Sandra Davis of St. Johnsbury, VT; her siblings, Scott Davis and Tammy of Barnet, VT, and Sherri Bearce of Monroe, NH; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

There will be a Celebration of Life at the Monroe Town Hall on Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 1 – 3 PM.

Those who wish may donate to any charity that benefits animals in Beth's memory.
