Obituary

Bruce Wood Millette, a beloved father, brother, son, uncle, cousin, and friend, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2022. Bruce was born on December 9, 1977 in Littleton, NH. He was raised in Lisbon and Haverhill, NH. Growing up, he enjoyed camping with his Mom, skiing, and being outside in nature as often as possible; he was also a gifted soccer player.  Bruce was friends with any animal he met, but loved his dogs Blue and Reiley most of all.

Bruce loved his great country and was a proud Marine Veteran. After his time in the service, he graduated from SNHU.  Bruce had a brilliant and inquisitive mind. The proudest moment of Bruce's life was the day his beautiful son, Kyle Douglas, was born.  He considered every moment with Kyle a gift and the profound love in Bruce's heart for his dear son was immeasurable.

Bruce will be missed dearly by his mother, Diane Allsop (Littleton), as well as his father, Bruce Millette and partner Becky Hayward (Fairlee, VT). Bruce is survived by his son, Kyle Douglas, and Kyle's mother, Regina Millette. He will also be greatly missed by his sister, Jessica Allsop and her husband, Joe Hupperich, and their children Tyler and Iris (Freedom, ME), his brother, David Allsop and David's daughters, Sarah and Juniper, as well as their mother Caitlin O'Connor.  Bruce is survived by many aunts and uncles and cousins who will miss him greatly. Bruce is predeceased by his grandparents Joyce and Douglas Wood, Charles and Laurette Millette, his uncles David Wood and Brent Wood, as well as his cousin Elizabeth Wood.

Bruce had a big heart, a kind soul, and a laugh that will be remembered by anyone lucky enough to know him.  His memory will be cherished and the beauty he brought to the world will live on.  May he rest in peace.

Services will be held at Ladd Street Cemetery in Haverhill, NH on June 6, 2022 at 10:00am.
