Bath, NH- Carmella M. "Millie" Gilbert, 87, of High Street, died at the Grafton County Nursing Home on Monday, August 20, 2012. Millie was born in Brooklyn, NY, on December 29, 1924, to Victor and Frances (Mazzola) Amoroso. Millie was a communicant of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Woodsville, NH. She was predeceased by her husband, Carlyle Gilbert on March 11, 1990 and by their sons, Shawn P. Gilbert in June 1990 and Robert D. Gilbert on July 31, 2012. She is survived by their two daughters, Mary Ann Gilbert of Bradford, VT and Kristy C. Gilbert of Claremont, NH; and by five grandchildren and one great grandchild. A Mass in Millie's memory will be held on Saturday, August 25, at 11 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 15 Pine Street, Woodsville, NH.
