Clarke Ranslow Tabor Jr.  "Ranny" was born on March 17, 1937, to Clarke and Ruth (Lacailade) Tabor.
He passed on February 10, 2025, at his home in Waits River, VT. He married Annette Amsden on September 2, 1956, in Panama where he was stationed while serving in the US Army.  He attended college at UVM.  He farmed, sold farming equipment, worked construction, and owned and operated his own log truck. Ranny enjoyed fishing and driving the back roads.  He could always find his way home as he knew most roads.  He was an amazing storyteller.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Annette, his children Jerry Tabor and partner Kathy, Jo Lacaillade, Janet and Ed Miller, Julie and Mike Leveille, and Jon and Robin Tabor.  He had 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.  His sisters Sharon Gage and Lyndell Davis. And his beloved pets Maggie and Boogers. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Dwight.
