Craig
Wyman
November 16, 2022
Warren, NH – Craig T. Wyman, 61, passed from this life on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at the Jack Byrne Center after his steadfast and brave battle against cancer, with family by his side.
Craig was welcomed into this world on April 18, 1961, by his parents, Patricia E. (Hall) and Chester T. Wyman in St. Johnsbury, VT.
If you knew Craig, then you are aware that cars played a big role in his life. Staring in the early 80's Craig could be spotted in a race car speeding around the Bear Ridge racetrack. He raced cars for 25 plus years; his focus was on late models, coupes, and 358 mods. He spent some time as a flag man. His racing friends were like his second family, and, while on a trip to Florida all together they introduced him to Harley's which he loved. Even though he was a car man, Harley Davidsons held a special affection from Craig as well.
In 1992, Craig struck gold when he met Teri Pollender, they dated for seven years before tying the knot on June 26, 1999, and together they had a blended family of 8 children which wasn't enough, so they turned to adoption. Craig loved his family. It may surprise you to know that he also loved wizards, dragons, and wolves. Craig's personal piece of paradise would be an afternoon nap in his recliner, with a NASCAR race on in the background. In the depths of his heart, he was a 49ers fan, but over time accidentally fell in love with the Patriots. He could also be found playing the role of Santa at various events, which he loved to do for the children.
Craig was predeceased by his father, Chester "Tim" Wyman, in 2000.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Teri; his son, Christopher Wyman and wife Willie; his son, David Wyman and his wife Pamela of Corinth, VT; his son, Chad Wyman and his wife Danielle of North Haverhill, NH; his son, Todd Wyman and his partner Lyndsey of Wentworth, NH; his daughter, Christina Welch; his daughter, Angelica Smith; his daughter Chloe Wyman of Warren, NH; his daughter, Lillie Smith of Warren, NH; his son Michael Pollender; his adopted son, Billy Wyman; thirteen grandchildren, Jacquline, Braiden, Arayah, Aubrey, Mason, Skylar, Ryder, Bentley, Connor, Isaiha, Leigha, Addy and Grayson; his mother, Patricia "Pat" Wyman; his brother, Chet Wyman and wife Debbie; his sister, Arlene and husband John Horton; and his other sister Debbie and her husband Shawn McKean; a "brother" Richard Hannett; along with many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Craig's name to the Jack Byrne Center, 154 Loop Road, Lebanon, NH 03766.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Ana in the ICU at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
There will be a public calling hour on December 1st, from 4PM to 6PM at Ricker Funeral Home & Cremation Care, 1 Birch Street, Woodsville, NH 03785
