North Haverhill, NH- David Clayton Blay, 64, of Oak Ridge Park died at his home on Thursday, October 21, 2021.

David was born in Norwich, CT on March 31, 1957 to Fletcher C. and Carole J. (Sminio) Blay.  He was a graduate of Lisbon High School, Class of 1974.

David was employed in housekeeping at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for over twenty years.  He also worked for Monmaney Painting in Lebanon, NH as a master painting as well as for Trumbull-Nelson in Hanover, NH.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching old Westerns on TV.  Mostly he cherished the time spent with his family.

He was predeceased by his parents, Fletcher C. Blay on May 12, 2005 and Carole J. Blay on September 13, 2019.

He is survived by his wife, Donna (Werling) Blay of North Haverhill; three sisters, Diane J.  Stinnett and husband David of Bedford, NH, Darlene J. Roystan and husband Ron of Woodsville, NH, and Deborah J. McDanolds and husband Stuart of North Haverhill; two brothers, William G. Blay and wife Cheryl of Littleton, NH and Douglas C. Blay and husband Peter Joslin of Atkinson, NH; and nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
