Bethlehem, NH- Dorothy A. Lloyd, 75, of Agassiz Street died on February 25, 2011, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, NH, following a short illness. Dot was born in Littleton, NH, on February 17, 1936, to Ernest F. and Anna M. (Lamb) Kidder. She was a graduate of the Woodsville High School Class of 1954 and married Joseph F. Lloyd in 1961. Dot worked as a secretary at Concord Hospital. She also was the school cook at Woodsville High School for several years. Dot was a member of the Woodsville United Methodist Church and sang in the choir. She was a long-time Woodsville resident prior to moving to Franconia in 1998 and then to Bethlehem in 2005. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Joseph F. Lloyd, Sr. of North Haverhill; two sons, Joseph F. Lloyd, Jr. and wife Lucila of Bethlehem, NH and Richard D. Lloyd and wife Andrea of Pike, NH; 6 grandchildren, Brandon J. Lloyd, Amanda L. Lloyd, Emily R. Lloyd, Joseph P. Lloyd, Michael R. Lloyd, and Jason P. Lloyd; her brother, Donald E. Kidder and wife Virginia of Woodsville; one niece, two nephews, and cousins. There are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on May 7, 2011, at 2 PM in Pine Grove Cemetery, Swiftwater Road, Woodsville, NH with Pastor Sue Ellery of the Woodsville United Methodist Church, officiating.
