Haverhill, NH-  Edward F. "Eddie" Norcross, 80, of Cemetery Road, died peacefully on Monday, November 2, 2020.

Eddie was born on August 7, 1940 to Edward B. and Harriet (Patridge) Norcross. He was a 1958 graduate of Haverhill Academy.

For thirty years, he was a supervisor for DHIA, the Dairy Herd Improvement Association.  He also worked as a landscaper, maintaining the grounds for private area estates. He owned and operated Eddie's Greenhouse and grew bedding plants in Haverhill.

Eddie played the organ at the First Congregational Church of Haverhill, UCC.  As an athlete, he played basketball for the Haverhill Hawks.  He liked caring for poultry.  A horticulturalist, Eddie enjoyed caring for plants and definitely had a "green thumb."  He was a talented water-color artist.

He is survived by his former wife and longtime friend, Barbara (Thayer) Norcross of Haverhill; his son, Beau Edward Norcross and wife Amanda of Haverhill; two grandchildren, Mariha and BoCherie Norcross; his sister, Sandra VanNorden and husband Richard of Benton, NH; his brother-in-law, David Clement of Florida and Vermont; nieces, nephews, and cousins; extended family, Ashley and Brent Cox and their family; and special friends, Dean Clark of North Haverhill, NH and Elaine Elliott of Haverhill.

Eddie was predeceased by his father, Edward B. Norcross on September 13, 1958; his mother, Harriet Louise Norcross Thurston on August 12, 2010; his sister, Shirley Clement on July 31, 2016; and his brother, Larry Norcross on May 31, 2020.

At Eddie's request, there will be no public services.
