North Haverhill, NH- Eleanor M. Ward LeGuillou, 95, died on April 7, 2008, at the Grafton County Nursing Home. She was born on March 25, 1913, in New York, NY, to J. Rigney and Nellie (Sheedy) Ward. Eleanor graduated from the College of New Rochelle, New Rochelle, NY, and worked as a statistician for the City of New York. She lived most of her life in New York City and moved to this area in June 2003. She volunteered at local hospitals while in New York and at the Lighthouse for the Blind. She loved her quiet time, reading, and cats. She was predeceased by her husband, Yves Corbel LeGuillou on May 21, 2002, and is survived by her daughter, Eleanor Ingbretson and husband Paul of Haverhill, NH; two sons Peter LeGuillou and James Corbel LeGuillou both of New York City; and three grandchildren, Michael LeGuillou and Whittaker and Chloe Ingbretson. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12, 2008, at 11 AM, at Ricker Funeral Home, 1 Birch Street, Woodsville, NH. Burial will be on April 18, at 12:30 PM at St. Peter s Cemetery, 171 Salt Point Road, Poughkeepsie, NY.
