Monroe, NH- Eva Mary Egan, 89, of Woodsville Road, died on Friday, May 20, 2011, following a brief illness, at Littleton Regional Hospital. Eva was born in Beaver Falls, PA on November 20, 1921, to Michael and Letha (Bowman) Bloschock. She married John F. Egan on June 19, 1943. Eva worked as a quality control manager for Tri-Chem Company while living in New Jersey. Following their retirement, they moved to Monroe in 1992. She attended the West Barnet Senior Meals regularly. Eva loved being great grandma at her daughter s day care in Monroe and took great delight in her special companions, Adriannah and Kyle. She was predeceased by her husband John F. Egan, Sr. on October 26, 1995 and by her siblings, Hannah, George, Bertha, and Verna. She is survived by her children, Joan Johnson and husband Bill of Monroe, Nancy Fox and husband Michael of Lisbon, NH, Michael Egan and wife Audrey of Littleton, NH, and John Egan, Jr. and wife Toni of Pennsylvania; eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren; a sister, Thea Blair and husband Walt of Toms River, NJ; a brother Charles Bloschock and wife Joan of Bloomfield, NJ; and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 18th from 1-4 PM at Eva s home at 119 Woodsville Road, Monroe, NH.
