East Ryegate, Vermont- Frank A. Janus, 90, passed away on March 13th, 2023, at the Jack Byrne Center.
He was born on August 13th, 1932, in Long Island, New York to Josephine and Marion. Following high school, he served in the United States Navy during the Korean War, afterwards he went to earn his PHD in Economics and Finance.
He then taught Economics and Finance at Pace University.
In his free time, he enjoyed tennis, skiing and was a supporter of any and all animal organizations. He had a lively sense of humor, very kind, generous and always willing to help those in need.
He is survived by his two sisters, Helen, and Ann: many loving nieces, nephews, wonderful close friend and his beloved pet, Daisy.
Calling hours for Frank are at Ricker Funeral Home on Monday, March 20th from 2-4 PM concluded by a time of prayer.
