Pike, NH- Frederick H. Lackie, 80, of Boucher Road was reunited with his wife, Susan, on Saturday, May 7, 2022.

Fred Lackie was born on September 15, 1941, to Francis and Elizabeth (Maynard) Lackie. He went to Woodsville High School and following graduation, he attended the University of New Hampshire for one of their agricultural programs.

After leaving UNH with his bride, Susan (Spinney) Lackie, they settled in Pike where they owned and operated their farm, the Oliverian Brook Farm.

In his free time from farming, he enjoyed helping Sue in their vegetable garden, reading a good western, and going to the 111 Club to dance. He always 'loved moms cooking.'

Fred and Sue would help transport the rodeo from arena to arena and enjoyed watching them and seeing the sights.

He is predeceased by his wife, Susan (Spinney) Lackie (2022); two sons, Freddy Lackie (1964) and Russell Lackie (1984).

He is survived by his daughters, Sandra Lackie of Pike and Linda Robinson and husband Richard "Tim" from New Durham, NH; a son, Christopher Lackie from Eden, VT; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

There will be no calling hours.  A graveside service, with Melissa Gould as Funeral Celebrant, will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at 10 AM in the East Haverhill Cemetery.
