North Haverhill, NH- Iola Ellice "Tootie" Blair, 98, formerly of Woodsville, died on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at the Grafton County Nursing Home in North Haverhill. Iola was born in Landaff, NH on February 9, 1917, to Max E. and Della (Brill) Moulton. She was a graduate of Bath High School, Class of 1935. In 1941, she married Glenn Blair. Iola worked as a nurse's aide for the Grafton County Nursing Home for a number of years. She attended the Woodsville United Methodist Church. Iola enjoyed her family time and was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband Glenn Blair; a son, Ronald Blair; a great grandson; and her siblings, Oliver Moulton, Owen "Jake" Moulton, Bernice Boomhower, Francese Crowe, Ida Fortier, Isabelle Thayer, and Winifred Cooney. She is survived by two sons, Peter Blair of Manchester, CT and Michael Blair and wife Sally of Groton, VT; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be on Tuesday, July 14 at 11 AM in the North Monroe Cemetery, Littleton Road, North Monroe, NH, with Pastor Earl Brock officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
