Northfield, NH -- Jacob Seth Conrad, infant son of Ethan and Jessica (Oakes) Conrad was born September 13th, at Concord Hospital and died peacefully in the loving care of his parents, on Sunday, September 15th, in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Elliott Hospital, Manchester. Jacob is survived by his parents, Ethan and Jessica Conrad of Northfield, NH; maternal grandparents, Dale and Kathy Oakes of Piermont, NH; paternal grandparents, Philip and Kim Conrad of Pike, NH; maternal great grandfather, Wendell Oakes of Piermont; paternal great grandmother, Betty Conrad of Pike; maternal aunt, Amanda McCullen and husband Robert of Loudon, NH; maternal uncle, Jonathan Oakes of Piermont; paternal uncle, Tyson Conrad of Tilton, NH; two cousins, Logan and Hailey McCullen of Loudon; and numerous great aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by maternal great grandparents, Virginia Oakes, Carrie Jane Henderson, and Harry Martin; paternal great grandparents, John Conrad, Jr., Dale and Estella Ramsay; and paternal uncle, Seth Conrad. There will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be on Saturday, September 28th, at 1 PM in the Ladd Street Cemetery, Haverhill, NH.
