Obituary

Jaimie Teller-Naylor, 54, known as "Momma Naylor", passed away on March 30, 2024, with family and friends by her side at a place she liked to call "Hotel-Hitch". Jaimie had been battling multiple serious medical conditions but despite that, she remained positive, hopeful, and most of all determined; she showed unwavering strength, stability, and love until the very end.

Jaimie was born to Katheryn Teller on February 21, 1970, in Chicago, Illinois and attended Juanita High School. Jaimie held a few different positions over the years as a waitress at Ledas Pizza, an event planner at Dowds, and a receptionist at Willowbrook Prosthetics and Orthotics. Jaimie's true passion, however, was being a foster parent to 30+ children. Jaimie was a fiercely protective and dedicated mother whose love knew no bounds. Her love did not come with requirements, it did not come with limitations, it was pure, and it was unconditional. It was ultimately this love that led to her winning an award for being foster parent of the year, which was one of her proudest accomplishments.

Outside of being a mother and a nana to all her Grands, Jaimie was known for being the life of the party. She enjoyed spending time with her people, being spontaneous, going on adventures, bar top dancing, playing softball, candlepin bowling, and spending time anywhere that would allow for her feet to be in the sand.

Survived by her husband Scott Naylor, her son Brian Duff and spouse Katelyn Tibbits, her son Edward Jarvis and spouse Amanda Jarvis, her daughter Megan Naylor, her son Daniel Naylor and spouse Allison Naylor, her daughter Dalyn Ashford and spouse Kyle Ashford, her son Riley Naylor and spouse Hannah Dube, and her daughter Traci Misko and spouse Stephen Misko. 12, soon to be 13 Grandchildren and 2 fur-grands named Hayden, Abagail, Austin, Autumn, Haylee, Brendan, Xander, Braecyn (Hank), Hudsyn (Archie), Radley, Marianna (Jojo), Evelyn, Baby Misko, Moose, and Mazy. Her Brother Scott McMurray and spouse Hayley , nephews Logan, Ted and her niece Lane. Special friends Mike and Julie Graham, Kathy Dyer, Carmen Ramos, Ashley Harrington-Clark, Delores Harrington, Pete Vincent and Lisa Culbertson, Kat and Dan Rose and Mike Delaney.

There will be a celebration of life for Jaimie on July 20, 2024. The location and time will be announced at a later date.
