Pike, NH – Janet Louise Bigelow, 73, of Lime Kiln Road, died Thursday, November 21, 2019, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, NH.

She was born in Lowell, MA, May 15, 1946, a daughter of Woodrow and Joyce (Reed) Higgins.  Janet graduated from Nashua High School, class of 1964 and Fischer Junior College in Fitchburg, MA.

She moved to Pike in 2003 from Fitchburg with her husband Norman.  From 2004 until her retirement in 2016 she worked in the health information management department at Cottage Hospital, Woodsville.

Janet married Norman G. Bigelow, Sr., on September 14, 1986 and he predeceased her on August 16, 2015.

Survivors include two daughters, Laura Edson of Pike, NH and Vicky Stoddard of Athol, MA; ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and her sister, Judith Higgins of Woodsville, NH.

In keeping with Janet's wishes there will be no public services observed.
