Monroe, NH Jason Henry Jay Dimick, Sr., 75, of Woodsville Road, died January 1, 2012, at Cottage Hospital, Woodsville, NH following a brief illness. He was born in Brownington, VT January 3, 1936, a son of William and Doris (Clarke) Dimick. Jay worked as a planer and saw mill worker at Blue Mountain Lumber in Wells River, VT. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose in St. Johnsbury, VT. Jay loved four wheeling, being outdoors, and woodworking. He spent many hours sitting in his gazebo with his family and friends. He married Susan Rodger on December 24, 1981. Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Susan Dimick of Monroe; two sons, Jason H. Dimick, Jr, and Bart Dimick, both of Connecticut; 3 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; a sister, Marion Guertin of Manchester, CT; a brother, William Dimick of Monroe; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by a son, Robert Dimick on July 16, 1980; a granddaughter, Jessica Maccini; and a brother, George Dimick. At Jay s request their will be no calling hours or public services. Burial will be at a later date in the North Monroe Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dimick Family, 499 Woodsville Road, Woodsville, NH 03785.
