July 12, 2023
Hanover, NH-Jill Allison Page, passed away on July 12, 2023, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center after a courageous battle with Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocylosis (HLH), surrounded by loving family members.
Jill was born in Woodsville, NH, to Dianne Trevena and Chet Page on September 12, 1975. Jill had a deep love and admiration for her gram Mary Ellen. She was a large part of Jill's life as a child.
Jill was a part of the Woodsville High School class of 1993. After high school she ran an in-home daycare, and this brought her so much joy.
In the early 2000's, Jill moved to Montana. She spent many years fishing on the Clark Fork River, feeding the wildlife, especially a few 'pet' deer and turkeys, tending to her beagles, and enjoying all the area had to offer. There she met a good friend Brian Mantei, and his family quickly became like a second family to her. Montana held a huge part of Jill's heart.
In her free time Jill enjoyed fishing, hiking Mt. Gardner with family, country music, cooking and baking, scrapbooking, doing puzzles and craft projects, thrifting and always checking in on the ones she loved. She enjoyed talking racing and was a huge Dale Earnhardt, Jr. fan. Jill enjoyed tending to flower gardens, taking care of her many house plants, the color purple and butterflies. Jill had the most memorable laugh and she loved to laugh. She was always excited to go on driving adventures, and visiting the beach, especially with the love of her life, Richard. Every Saturday she had a visit with her best friend, her dad, and they talked on the phone every day while Chet was on his way home from work. She cherished time with family and friends alike.
Upon returning to New Hampshire Jill worked for many years in home health companies and eventually landed at the Frances Atkinson Residence. She gave her all to her patients, and when she became sick, she continued to work in housekeeping and even the kitchen. Families shared that they appreciated all the care she gave to their loved ones. She also spent one day a week volunteering at The Mustard Seed. She spent her days always thinking of others and never shied away from letting them know. The simplest things reminded her of family and friends, and she'd give them gifts, or she'd have a memory to share when driving past a familiar place. Through it all you never saw Jill without the world's biggest smile.
Jill and her fiancé Richard had a wonderful life together, though it was not nearly long enough. They traveled, visited family, created a loving home, and loved their family deeply. Richard was always bringing flowers to her which she loved, enjoyed her many home-cooked meals, and was her greatest support.
There was no greater love than the love Jill had for her four grandchildren. Always leaving a sweet social media comment when she could not be with them. Spending hours playing, taking pictures and videos, going on walks, and creating art with them. Nothing brought her greater joy in this world.
Jill is survived by her fiancé Richard Poor, and their beloved dog Mia; her father Chet Page; her brother Chad Page, his wife Sandy, nephew Christopher, nieces Sydney, Chloe and Ruthie, all of Bradford, VT; two children she was so proud of, her son Brandon Allbee and wife Shyanne, grandsons Beau and Adrian, and her daughter Taylor Allbee and granddaughters Paisley and Hazel.
Jill was predeceased by her mother, Dianne Trevena, and her Aunt Janet.
