Woodsville, NH-   Joan Ellen Collette, 82, of Highland Street, died at her home with her husband by her side on Saturday morning, November 7, 2020.

Joan was born in Claremont, NH on October 31, 1938 to Ronald and Doris (Brown) Lambert.

Joan worked as a housekeeper in Claremont along with owning and working for several thrift shops in that area, also.

She enjoyed playing BINGO, going to dances and for car rides.  She appreciated spending time with her family.  However, she loved going to flea markets and yard sales as she was then able to add to her various collections.

She was predeceased by an infant daughter, Ginger Collette, and by a son, James Collette,  Jr.

She is survived by her husband, James Collette of Woodsville; two daughters, Joni Collette of Claremont and Pamela Stout of Kooskia, ID; two sons, Michael Collette and Todd Stone, both of Unity, NH; nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; a sister, Nancy Loungsbury of Claremont; and a nephew, Jimmy Kennison.

No public services are being planned at this time.
