Newbury, VT – John Arthur Grant, 42 of Peach Brook Road, died on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at his residence. He was born in Hanover, NH, May 20, 1969, the son of Bernard S. and Rhoda M. (Seace) Grant. John grew up in Lebanon, NH and loved hunting, fishing, auto racing, and just being outdoors. He worked as a logger for Tate Jones Logging. Survivors include his parents, Bernard S. and Rhoda M. Grant of Newbury; two brothers, William A. Grant and Bernard A. Grant and his wife Jaime and a niece and nephew, Cameron and Breannah Grant all of Newbury; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. At John's request there will be no public services.
