Jonathan E. Gibson, 29, Reading, VT, died at home on Sunday July 7, 2024.  He was born on January 15, 1995, in Lebanon, NH to Randall and Jennie (Towne) Gibson.  He grew up in Reading, attended Albert-Bridge School and graduated from Windsor High School in 2013.
Jonathan went to work in construction after graduation, most recently working for E.D. Swett.  He enjoyed fishing, 4-wheeling, cooking, spending time with friends and family, especially his son Landon, who loved singing songs with him.
He is predeceased by his maternal grandfather Phillip Towne, he is survived by his son, Landon Gibson of Reading and Windsor, VT; his parents, Randall and Jennie (Towne) Gibson of Reading; two sisters Chrystal Gibson and her partner Brandon Steller, who was also Jon's best friend for 17 years, of Reading, and Latisha Gibson of Reading; paternal grandparents, William Gibson of Reading, and Dorothy Haynes of Pike; maternal grandmother, Rebecca Towne of Woodsville; three nephews, Brayden White, Oawen White, and Phillip Steller, of Reading; a niece Kenzleigh White of Reading; the mother of his child, Jennifer Cowdrey of Windsor; his beloved dog Rebel;  as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
There will be a graveside service on Saturday July 20, 2024 10AM at the Horse Meadow Cemetery in North Haverhill, NH, followed by an informal gathering at the Bedell Bridge State Park.
