Woodsville, NH- Joyce T. Beckley, 84, of Ralston Road, died following a period of declining health at Cottage Hospital, Woodsville on Tuesday, July 7, 2015. Joyce was born in Haverhill, NH on February 6, 1931, to Elmore and Edith (Nelson) Tyler. She was a graduate of Woodsville High School. On September 7, 1951, she married Norman C. Beckley. Joyce worked at the former A&P and Kelly's Market in Woodsville. She loved being a homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband, Norman Beckley on April 9, 2004; a son, Jon Tyler Beckley on March 25, 2012; and a sister Rita Boutin on April 12, 2009. She is survived by a daughter, Karen J. Fagnant and husband Mark of Piermont, NH; a son Joel H. Beckley and wife Amy of Woodsville; eight grandchildren, Branden Beckley and wife Sarah, Ryan Fagnant and wife Erin, Justin Fagnant, Jeremy Beckley and wife Heather, Katie Beckley, Laura Beckley, Tyler Beckley and Jaclyn Russell; and four great grandchildren, Mason and Kendall Fagnant and Andy and Carter Hamel; dear friend, Cynthia Goslant; a sister in law, Sandra Romberger of Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. At Joyce's request there will be no public services. Joyce's family wishes to acknowledge the medical and nursing staff of Cottage Hospital for the excellent care she received over the years.
