Woodsville, NH- Joyce Dorothy Nelson, 72, of Brill Hill Road, died on Friday, April 09, 2010, at Cottage Hospital in Woodsville. Joyce was born in Taunton, MA, on March 19, 1938, to Russell and Dorothy (DeMoranville) Westgate. She was a graduate of Taunton High School. Joyce was married to David Nelson and he predeceased her in 2001. Joyce enjoyed country music, dancing, and being involved with her grandchildren. In 1996 she moved from Taunton to New Hampshire and has spent the past three month with her daughter, Denise. She is survived by her children John Donlon and wife Christine of Littleton, NH, David Donlon and wife Peg of Pike, NH, Denise Donlon of Woodsville, Paula Donlon of New Bedford, MA, Joseph Donlon of Lancaster, NH, and Chris Nelson and wife Mari of Woodsville; 27 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; a sister Marsha LaFleur of Taunton; brothers Lawrence Westgate of Middleboro, MA, Roger Westgate of East Taunton, MA, and Steve Westgate and wife Cindy of Middleboro; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A graveside service will be held later in the spring at the Thompson Hill Cemetery in Lakeville, MA.
