Judith "Judy" Ann Ales, 78, of East Corinth VT, suddenly passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.

Judith was born on January 29, 1946, to her parents Edward and Edwina Glavin in Malden, MA. She graduated from North Reading High School, and from there she went on to study at UMASS.

In 1971 Judith met Andrew Ales, Jr., they got married in downtown Boston, MA, and had two children, Brian Ales and Megan Ales-Smas.

Judith retired from Vermont Wholesale Granite. She spent her time doing things she enjoyed like traveling to Wells, ME, and going to her favorite place on earth, Walt Disney World. Judy also enjoyed spending time with her family, attending her grandson's sporting events, and quality time with her son Brian. She also enjoyed quiet time with her two animals that she loved very much, Ollie and Tabby.

Judith was predeceased by her parents Edward and Edwina Glavin. She is survived by her husband Andrew Ales, Jr.; her children, Brian Ales, and Megan Ales-Smas and her husband Sean Smas along with their children Cody Burroughs and Connor Smas; many nieces and nephews, along with grandnieces and grandnephews.

Services will be held at East Corinth Congregational Church on November 16th, 2024, at 11 AM.
