Kathleen "Kathy" Fiske (Towle), age 84, of Washington, Vermont, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 2, 2025. Kathy was born on July 25, 1940, in Hyde Park, Vermont, the daughter of Elwin and Natalie (Brown) Towle.

Kathy spent her childhood in Morrisville and Ryegate. She had amazing musical talent, starting at a very young age. She graduated from Woodsville High School in 1958. On August 1, 1958, she married her beloved husband, Kendall G. Fiske. They lovingly raised two daughters in South Ryegate.

For several years, Kathy worked for the State of Vermont. Later she worked with Kendall in the family businesses, Fiske Sales and Service, and Fiske-Murray Transport.

Kathy was proud to be a saved, born again Christian since 1958. She was a devoted member of the Groton Baptist Church where she played the organ and was the choir director. She and Kendall then moved to Washington, Vermont and became a member of the Washington Baptist Church.

Kathy was predeceased by her parents, Elwin and Natalie (Brown) Towle, and her beloved husband, Kendall G. Fiske. She was also predeceased by her two brothers, Alan and Erwin Towle.

She is survived by her two daughters, Caren Murray of Washington, VT, and Jackie Carey and her husband Michael of Barre, VT; grandchildren, Greg Murray and his wife Ashley, Jaime Murray, and Brad Carey and his wife Becky; great-grandchildren, Savannah, Shawn, Kendall, Boden, and Finn; a sister-in-law, Sandy Towle; and nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Thursday May 8 from 10 to 11 AM at the Ricker Funeral Home and Cremation Care of Woodsville, 1 Birch St. Woodsville, NH, with the funeral service at 11, followed by a brief service and burial at Pine Hurst Cemetery in South Ryegate.
