Bradford, VT – Kathleen June "Kitty" Pollender, 86, died on Sunday, October 9, 2016 at the Bradford Oasis Home, following a period of declining health.

She was born in Lyme, NH, September 30, 1930, a daughter of Albert and Ethel (Wheelock) Hudson.

For many years she lived in Wells River and attended the Wells River Congregational Church, UCC. In May 2015 she moved to the Bradford Oasis Home.

She was predeceased by her husband Ernest "Joe" Pollender on July 25, 2004; a daughter, Brenda Shaver; three brothers, Robert, Ralph "Sonny", and Delbert "Joe" Hudson.

Surviving family members include a daughter, Lynda Roberts and companion Darlene of Abington, MA; a son, David Fenoff and companion Kathy of North Haverhill, NH; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and great great grandchildren; a sister, Velma Lamarre and husband Norman of Groton, VT; a sister-in-law, Barbara Hudson of Woodsville, NH; along with nieces, and nephews.

There will be no calling hours.

A graveside service will be on Saturday, October 22, at 11 AM at the Sawyer Cemetery, Bradford, VT with Rev. Kathryn J. Maver from the Wells River Congregational Church, UCC, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bradford Oasis Home, 92 Cottage Street, Bradford, VT 05033.
