Randolph, VT – Kent  Dale Swift, 57, of Pleasant Street, and formerly of Hanover, NH, died Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at his home.

He was born in Riverside, CA, December 30, 1960, a son of Frederick W. and Earlah C. (Hayes) Swift, and graduated Hanover High School Class of 1979.  Kent has lived in Randolph for several years. He enjoyed fishing and the great outdoors. Kent will be remembered as a generous, caring individual who loved to help others.

He was predeceased by his mother Earlah Swift on May 15, 2003.

Survivors include his father Frederick W. Swift of Wilder, VT, his siblings Scott Swift of Renick, WV, Fiona Barr of West Lebanon, NH, Shelley Moore of Lebanon, NH, and Shawn Pelfrey of Clovis, NM,  nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

There will be no calling hours.

A graveside burial service will be on Wednesday, May 30th, at 10 AM at the Lime Kiln Cemetery, Newbury, VT.
