Peacham, VT-  Kristen K. Alexander, 33, of the Bayley Hazen Road, died unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, July 30, 2016.

Kristen was born on November 17, 1982, in Albuquerque, NM.  On July 18, 2015, she married Amber Lowell at the Chandler Farm in Peacham.

Kristen had been employed at Lydall in Lyndonville, VT.

She enjoyed farming, sugaring, and all animals,especially her dog Layla.  In her spare time, she enjoyed listening to music and reading.  Having been raised in a military family, she had the opportunity to live all over the world and permanently settled in Vermont in 2005.  Kristen had the uncanny ability to make new friends, even if it was through a chance encounter at the local store.

She is survived by her soul mate and the love of her life, Amber Lowell of Peacham; her  three sisters and one brother; her maternal grandmother, along with other family members in New Mexico; Paul Chandler and the Chandler family of Peacham, whom she chose to call her own; the Lowell family including Kimberly Lowell and Christopher Danie of Standish, ME and Elizabeth Danie and family; along with numerous friends and cherished loved ones, including Shanda Cross, Nicole Cloutier, Ann Goss and Darlene Gauthier.

A private family memorial will be held at a later time.
