Pike, NH- Lucille Ann Lucy McKean, 67, formerly of Flat Iron Road, died on Friday, February 13, 2015, at the Grafton County Nursing Home, North Haverhill, NH. Lucy was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 6, 1947, to Charles and Julia (Denicola) Pagnotta. She graduated from Madison High School in Brooklyn. Lucy was a long-time employee of the Grafton County Nursing Home, working in laundry, doing nursing scheduling, and working in activities. She also worked at the Beckett School in Pike. In her spare time, Lucy enjoyed music and going to concerts, astrology, and reading. Most of all, she loved being with family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Julia Pagnotta and by a brother, Joseph Pagnotta on April 3, 2008. She is survived by her husband of fourteen years, Troy McKean, to whom she was married on September 16, 2000; two daughters, Rachel Monagle of Woodsville, NH and Eleanor Boutin and husband Joe of Benton, NH; two sons, William Monagle and wife Chris of Saco, ME and Richard Smith of Portland, OR; four grandchildren, Morgan and Tori Monagle and Mya and Riley Boutin; a sister Rose Marie Dugdale of Brooklyn, NY; a brother, Thomas Pagnotta of Clearwater, FL; a special niece who was like a sister, Julie Martel of Woodsville; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A celebration of Lucy s life will be held at a later date, at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one s choice.
