Woodsville, NH Margaret Madine MacKinnon, 94, died on Friday, April 2, 2010 at the Grafton County Nursing Home, North Haverhill, NH. She was born in South Ryegate, VT, March 27, 1916, a daughter of John M. and Annie (Stephen) MacKinnon. Madine was a legal secretary for 45 years for the Castello Law Office and later the Bruno Law Office of Woodsville. She also served as Clerk of the Haverhill District Court under Judge Luigi Castello. Madine was a member of the South Ryegate Presbyterian Church in South Ryegate, VT. She was predeceased by her sister, Muriel Davidson. Madine is survived by her long-time friends Debbie and Wayne Bigelow and their daughter Lindsay of North Haverhill, NH along with several cousins and a host of friends. There will be no calling hours. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at 11 AM, at Ricker Funeral Home, 1 Birch Street, Woodsville, NH, with Pastor Sue Ellery will officiate. Burial will follow the service in Pinehurst Cemetery, South Ryegate.
