Monroe, NH- Marjorie Irma Marge Burrill, 84 of Plains Road, died at her home on Friday, August 8, 2014. Marge was born in Groton, VT on May 26, 1930, the daughter of Sewell and Alice (Smith) Page. She was a graduate of McIndoe Falls Academy, Class of 1948. On October 20, 1950, she married Guy Howard Butch Burrill. Marge worked part time at the former Monroe Clinic. She was a long time communicant of St. Joseph s Catholic Church, Woodsville, NH and had been the President of the Monroe PTF. In her spare time she did ceramics, but she especially liked quilting. She loved her 7 Sons and her grandchildren and traveled everywhere they went to participate in sporting events. Along with Butch, she enjoyed summer camping in the Groton State Forest, traveling in the western United States visiting National Parks and their special fiftieth anniversary cruise to Alaska. They enjoyed snowmobiling and were members of the Monroe Bumper Humpers. Marge was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Guy Butch Burrill on November 20, 2011 and by her two brothers, Ronald A. Page on August 12, 1992 and Russell B. Page on January 21, 2014. She is survived by their 7 sons, Bob Burrill of Gorham, NH, Steve Burrill of Monroe, Ken Burrill and wife April of Justin, TX, Scott Burrill and wife Karen of Somersworth, NH, John Burrill of Derry, NH, Mark Burrill and wife, Karen of Monroe, and Rodney Burrill and wife Jane of Albany, NH; twelve grandchildren and one great grandson and one great granddaughter; and nieces, nephews, and cousins. There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, August 13th at 11 AM in St. Joseph s Catholic Church, 15 Pine Street, Woodsville, NH, with Father Alan Tremblay, officiating.
