Michael J. Toher, 70, of Bath, NH, passed away on Sunday, January 29 ^th , 2023, at the Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NH after a period failing health. He was born on March 3 ^rd , 1952, in Pawtucket, Rhode Island to Leo Toher and Helen (Brzozowski) Toher. He graduated from Pawtucket Vocational High School, and was employed at Slater Dye as a maintenance mechanic.  In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening.  Michael will be missed by family and friends who often acclaimed him as a "Fun and good guy" and referred to him affectionately as Mehow and Uncle Friday.  He was always available to help out his family and friends in a pinch, whatever and whenever needed.

Michael is predeceased by his brother, Robert Toher.  He is survived by his sisters, Catherine Gherardi of Pike, NH and Anne Guimaraes of Daytona Beach, FL; a brother, Leo Toher of Danielson, CT; and Lynne Masse of Jonesville, SC, to whom he was married for 44 years; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He also leaves his fur babies behind, Shay, Bambi, Ginger, and Brody.

Services will be announced in the spring.
