Woodsville, NH Nancy Lee Millette-Doucet, 59, died on Friday, October 5, 2012, at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. She was born in Haverhill, NH, January 26, 1953, the daughter of Malcolm Millette and Bevelyn (Hunt) Irwin. Nancy was an Abenaki Chief for the Koasek of the Koas Abenaki Nation. She was very active in the Native American Affairs in the greater Littleton, Twin Mountain, Woodsville, and North Country area. Nancy had previously worked as the promotional coordinator for the Town of Littleton for several years and at the Mount Washington Hotel. She married Mark Doucet in June 2009. Nancy was predeceased by her father, Malcolm Mike Millette on June 14, 2010 and a son, Scott D. Wiggins on November 1, 1993. Survivors include her husband, Mark Doucet of Woodsville; a daughter, Jessi Cruger and husband James Cook of Durham, NC; a son, Eric Cruger of Woodsville; a step daughter, Marie Doucet of Woodsville; two grandchildren, Grace Ann Cruger-Cook and Neil Doucet; her mother, Bevelyn Benny Irwin and husband Charlie of Bath, NH; two half brothers, Mike Millette and Mark Millette both of Lisbon, NH; a half sister, Michelle Millette of Lyman, NH; a special cousin, Lee Millette of Hudson, NH; and childhood friend, Peggy Fullerton, Pike, NH. There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be on Wednesday, October 10, 2012, at 11 AM, at the Monroe Community Church in Monroe, Woodsville Road, Monroe, NH with Rev.
