Bath, NH- Neal Andrew Augustyn, 54, of Wild Ammonoosuc Road, died following a brief illness at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH on Friday, March 8, 2013. Neal was born on November 4, 1958, in Stamford, CT, to Alexander and Doris (Archambault) Augustyn. He was a graduate of Stamford High School. Neal served in the US Navy. For the past seven years he worked as a custodian for the Town of Hanover in the Public Works buildings. Neal and his wife, Michele, moved to Bath from Pennsylvania in 2007. He loved gardening and his pet pig, Clifford. Neal held a very strong friendship with those he came in contact with. Once a friend, you were a friend for life. Neal is survived by his wife, Michele Joyce of Bath; three step children, Tara, Tory and Taylor; a step grandson, Wayne; his mother, Doris Augustyn of Charlotte, NC; two sisters, Janet Sansome and Nancy Coppolo, both of North Carolina; and three nieces, Angelina, Mollie, and Allison and two nephews, Joseph and Stephen.
