Groton, VT- Richard Wayne Bowley, Sr., 65, of Scott Highway died at his home on December 23, 2008. Richard was born on April 22, 1943, in Windsor, VT, to Norman and Lucille Bowley. He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Barbara Greenwood Bowley; five sons, Richard J. Bowley, Jr. and Scott Graves both of St. Johnsbury, VT, Raymond Bowley of Orleans, VT, Dane Rochleau of Passumpsic, VT, and Wayne Rochleau of Woodsville, NH; several step children; several grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a sister Sharon Millette of Bennington, VT; and a brother Roger Bowley of Barre, VT. Private graveside services will be held in Peacham Village Cemetery in the spring.
