Groton, VT-  Sharon Amah Proctor, 64, of Scott Highway, passed away on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at her home with her family by her side.

Sharon was born on August 16, 1956 in Barre, VT to Milton and Barbara Miles (Colby) Partington.  She was a graduate with the Class of 1974 from Spaulding High School and attended the Community College of Vermont.
She worked as a clerk at the Forest Country Store for almost twenty years.  Beginning in 1998, Sharon was employed as an LNA at the Grafton County Nursing Home, North Haverhill, NH and at St. Johnsbury Health and Rehab Center.

In her spare time, Sharon enjoyed playing BINGO, working puzzles, taking day trips to casinos, and camping.  She loved time spent with her family.

Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her long-time companion, Elwyn R. Colbeth on February 24, 2011.

Survivors includes two daughters, Bobbie Jo Roberts and partner Kevin and Rhonda Proctor, both of St. Johnsbury, VT; a son, Christopher Colbeth of Groton; four grandchildren, Jeffrey J. Roberts and fiancé` Lindsey Clark of Wilder, VT, Tyler R. Holloway of Groton, Dallas A. Holloway of Lyndonville, VT, and Tristan A. Colbeth of Groton; four brothers, Robert Partington and wife Pamela of West Tospham, VT, Richard Partington of Groton, David Partington and wife Carol of Danville, VT, and her twin Stuart Partington and wife Sally of North Easton, MA; close friends, Laurie Trexel and Janice Shatney; and her pets Sierra and Angel.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
