Bath, NH - Tina (Berry) Dion, 56, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on April 23rd, 2014 at Littleton Hospital.
Tina was second of six children to Edwin and Ida (Lewis) Berry Sr., August 23rd, 1957 in Poughkeepsie NY. She grew up in South Wheelock, VT. On March 6th, 1976 she married Homer (Sonny) Dion Jr. they lived in the Lisbon, Bath NH area, raising their daughters Crystal and Niki.
She loved being an LNA getting her license in the early 1980 s. She worked at the Lafayette Center and Grafton County Nursing homes until 2007.
Family was most important to Tina, She devoted her life to taking care of many family members. She loved camping, dancing, family get together s, and her favorite holiday was Christmas.
She was predeceased by her parents, sister-in-law, Michele (Dion) Boutin, Walker, and great nephew, Chase Fournier.
Survivors besides her husband, include daughters Crystal Dion and partner Matthew Rebello, Grandchildren Trisha, Hunter, Tayler and Dakota. Niki (Dion) Lietsch and husband Gregory, Grandchildren Aiden and Lorelai (Rory). Brothers and sisters, Teresa (Berry) Bedor and husband Paul, Edwin Berry Jr and wife Denise, Scott Berry Sr and wife Cindy, Jesse Berry and wife Brigitte, April (Berry) Fourner and husband Richard. Sister-in-laws Barbara (Dion) Clough and husband Donald, Deborah (Dion) McBey and husband Randy. Mother-in-law Barbara Bergin, Father-in-law Homer Dion Sr. Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and nephews and best friend (sister) Lori Robbins. She was Nunum (grandmother) to many of the neighborhood children.
There will be no calling hours.
A celebration of her life will be held on June 28th, at 2:00 pm at the Dion home, 5 Dion Road, Bath, NH 03740.
Once in Lisbon, NH follow the red balloons. Red being Tina s favorite color, We ask that you wear Red in her memory.
