Groton, VT-  Victoria Ione Beamis, 77, passed away on October 3, 2020 at her home in Groton.  Victoria "Vicki" was born in Haverhill, NH, on March 10, 1943, to Harold "Stub" Beamis and Sheila French.  She graduated from Groton High School in 1961. Vicki married Gerald "Sonny" Pierce on June 10,1961.

Vicki lived in Groton for 71 years. She worked in various jobs, decorated beautiful cakes, but mostly prized her relationships with friends and family. Her sense of humor will not be forgotten.

Vicki is survived by two daughters, Tracy Ash-Murray and husband Tim and Ginger Harrington and husband Mike; two grandsons, Eric Lang and wife Katie, and Tyler Ash; a granddaughter, Alicia Cogswell and husband Steve; two great-grandsons, Alexander Welch and Calvin Lang; a sister, Shirley Beamis; a sister-in-law, Debbie Powers-Millay; and many cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband, Sonny Pierce; her parents; a brother Glenn and sister-in-law Linda; two uncles, Richard French and Glenn French and wife Shirley; and a cousin, Bonnie French.

A small ceremony will be held for family at a later date.
