William Arthur Glavas Jr "Bill," 64 of Coppermine Road in Monroe passed away at his home on Thursday, January 19, 2023
He was born on November 9th, 1958, in Bayshore, New York to William Glavas Sr. and Barbara (Keil) Glavas.
He went to Deer Park High School and did some college classes at Suffolk County Community College.
Over the years he has worked for the State of New York and on the slope of Alaska.
He enjoyed spending his time hiking in the forests of Alaska and loved his doggy companions.
His special pet was Smokey, a wolf pup he had found and raised in Alaska.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara J Glavas of Florida, and a sister Elizabeth Sayer of Florida.
